Our story
“Build it properly the first time.”
We're Brandon van Vuuren and Ruben Dreyer. We both studied a BSc in Information Technology at North-West University, and between lectures, side projects and late nights we've each been writing code for more than six years — the last two-plus professionally.
We kept seeing the same thing: good local businesses with great reviews and either no website, or one that was slow, dated and impossible to update. Building websites is what we enjoy most, so we started AXIOM to build them properly — fast, clear, made to bring in enquiries, and at a price a small business can say yes to.
We don't have a sales team or account managers. We split the work between us, so one of us takes your project and builds it start to finish. Once your site is live, we can also automate the admin behind it — but only where it genuinely saves you time.

We split projects between us, so one of us owns yours from the first call to launch. You always know who's building it, and you talk to them directly.

Brandon van Vuuren
Co-founder & engineer
Brandon is the backend engineer: APIs, databases and servers in C#/.NET, Node.js and Python. He led the tech on enterprise software used daily in South Africa and Australia, builds AI into real products, and co-founded an online store.

Ruben Dreyer
Co-founder & engineer
Ruben is the full-stack engineer: fast, polished front-ends in React backed by Node.js, C#/.NET and Python, taken all the way to a live, working product. He also builds mobile apps in Flutter and the AI and automation that takes repetitive work off a team.
